1. What We Collect
When you sign up, we collect your school's name, school code, admin contact details, and billing information. Once your school is provisioned, student and exam data you enter belongs to your school and is stored in an isolated, per-school database.
2. How We Use It
We use your contact details to provision your account, send order confirmations and login credentials, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Payment Data
Card payments are processed directly by PayHere; ExamAnalytics never sees or stores your card number. Bank transfer proof-of-payment slips are stored securely and used only for payment verification.
4. Data Security
Each school's data lives in its own isolated database. Passwords are hashed, sensitive configuration is encrypted, and access is protected by role-based authorization.
5. Your Rights
You can request a copy of your school's data or its deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
