1. Agreement
By subscribing to ExamAnalytics, your school agrees to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Subscription & Billing
ExamAnalytics is billed as a flat per-school fee, monthly or yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments via PayHere are processed securely by PayHere; we never store your card details.
3. Free Trial
Free trials provide full access to the platform for evaluation purposes. We reserve the right to limit trial duration or convert a trial account to a paid subscription notice before any charge is made.
4. Data Ownership
Your school retains full ownership of all data entered into ExamAnalytics, including student records, marks, and reports. We act only as the processor of that data on your behalf.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ExamAnalytics only for legitimate school administration purposes and not to attempt to access another school's data or disrupt the service.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
ExamAnalytics is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
